To access our textbook online, follow these simple instructions

1. Go to www.glencoe.com/ose
2. In the student login box towards the top of the page enter F9360E7B35.

3.  It is case sensitive.  If you copy and paste this information be careful to not paste in an extra space or period. 
4. !Viola! Our students now have access to our textook online.

Homework

Students will have MyAccess Homework beginning 11/9.  The prompt is available now.  All students know how to get into this program. 

Go to www.MyAccess.com and enter your login and password. 

Find Mr. G's prompt on Women in Colonial America. 

There will be some outside research for this assignment.  However, students will be able to attain basic information from the textbook. 

Please make sure you see Mrs. McVeigh in the LMC for passwords to access the encyclopedia/media services section of the CMS Library Website.  It's very informative and pretty dang cool.

Final submissions for this prompt are due Tuesday, November 24.

Supplies

Students will need a new 70-page single subject notebooks for Trimester 2 beginning November 23rd.   

Where we are headed

We are currently looking at the very early beginnings of colonial Amerca.  How did these groups interact with their environment?  How did they interact with the natives that were already there?  What challenges did they face?   

Civil War Reenactment Information

Here is a link for the Civil War Packet information/permission slip/student contract.  The fee for this year's event is $30.00.  I do have a limited number of scholarships available.  Please contact me if you would need one of these.
