We will announce our winners later today. Someone in 8th grade will win the Vivofit fitness tracker. 6th and 7th grade, let's step it up in February. Get it...... step it up......

Hey Century Comets! We are still collecting bottle caps for a recycling project.  Please bring in Dr. Pepper, Pepsi, and water bottle caps.  The bottle caps need to be maroon, blue and white just like our school colors.  These caps are going to be made into a mural of Century’s Comet.  Bring your bottle caps and drop them off in the bins in the front office or cafeteria.  All caps need to be collected by Valentine’s Day!

Congratulations to 7th grade Everest Core student Logan for winning the Century Middle School National Geographic Bee yesterday afternoon. By correctly identifying Italy as the country connected to Switzerland by the St. Bernard Pass, Logan outlasted 6th grader Marco in a tightly contested final round; Marco was representing the Extreme Core. Finishing in 3rd place was 7th grader Daniel, a representative of the Colorado Core. It was an excellent Geography Bee this year, and congratulations is due to all of the contestants who represented every core at Century!
