Creative Writing Club
This is a more informal club for students that would like some space to work on school work or passion projects. All genres are welcome: Fiction, Nonfiction, Poetry, Journaling, etc. Creative Writing Club (“Writing Club” for short) is also intended to provide a space for students that would like feedback or workshop opportunities on their writing. Every 4th meeting we will have a board/card game day!
Writing Club is:
-
A place to be creative and expressive
-
A place to let your imagination run wild
-
A place to work on school work, if you need or want a little extra feedback from peers
-
A place to share and get feedback on your creative writing
-
A place to make new friends and have fun!
Writing Club is not:
-
A social club for JUST hanging out
-
A place to be rude or a troll (duh!)
-
A place to hog the spotlight (We have a Fiction/ Poetry Slam at the end of the year for that)
