New Student Registration

If you are new to our district:

Step 1: Pick up an enrollment packet at the school or download the Enrollment Packet from adams12.org.

Step 2: Complete the forms and gather the necessary documentation including:

  • Parent/Guardian Photo ID
  • Child's Birth Certificate
  • Current Proof of Residence
  • Immunization Records
  • Any prior school records or contact information for last school

Step 3: Bring your completed enrollment forms and all required documents to the school.  For your convenience, please contact our registrar at 720-972-5250 to make an appointment.

Step 4:  Complete the Post Registration Checklist.

If your student's last school was within Adams 12 and you have moved into Century's boundaries:

Step 1: Complete a Household Change Form

Step 2: Bring your completed form, parent/guardian photo ID and one current proof of residence to Century.   For your convenience, please contact our registrar at 720-972-5250 to make an appointment.
