Tips for Tough Times
Sometimes we need extra support to deal with life’s challenges. Sometimes we feel overwhelmed, hopeless, depressed, and/or alone. You are not alone. Here are some suggestions and resources to support you.
Tips for Tough Times
-
Reach out. Tell someone how you’re feeling. Ask for help.
-
Be patient with yourself. Give yourself enough time to work through what you’re feeling.
-
Focus on the solution – not the problem.
-
Eat healthy, get enough rest and exercise! You will begin to feel better and your thoughts will be clearer.
-
Avoid using drugs or alcohol. They will only make the problem worse.
